I absolutely love the quality of Merrell shoes. I own 5 pairs: clogs, flip-flops, mocs, hiking and lace up/ casual. The World Council Shoe happened to be a little bit narrower than I expected, but still is a great shoe. Very comfortable, durable (sole and leather. In the future I most likely will buy another style from Merrell.
Wears this shoe: I wear this shoe to go out w/ friends, to the movies or just for a walk.

My son has worn Merrell shoes for four years and suggested I try this on for size (we wear the same size) as I was about to buy new shoes. After trying his on, I liked the fit with extra width for the toes. They are very comfortable to wear and have very good arch support. He ordered them over the internet for me. The style that I really liked was discontinued (I think it was World Classic) so he found a different style which has more eyelites.

This shoe is very comfortable and felt great right out of the box. The upper shoe and sole is constructed extremely well. The heel of the shoe is a little tough but softens in just a few weeks. I have worn many types of Merrell shoes over the past 12 years, and all have been of great quality. I would reccomend this shoe to anyone who stands on their feet all day.
