With Jack Frost nipping at your toes, it can take more than a hot toddy to keep you warm and comfortable outside - like this high boot's waterproof breathable performance, insulation, and stylish bomb proof uppers to give you happy feet in the snow. A heat-reflective insole and ice-grabbing sole are snow support below and the snowshoe strap ridge keeps you on top of it. This boot has a full grain leather and fabric upper, a waterproof TPU half shell, a bellows tongue to keep out debris, a Gaiter D-ring, a snowshoe strap ridge, a waterproof and breathable membrane, a synthetic fur lining with an Aegis® Anti-microbial treatment, 200 grams of Merrell Opti-Warm™ lightweight and low bulk insulation, an Ortholite® anatomical footbed, an ActiveHeat™ insole with silver reflective film for warmth, a molded nylon arch shank, a compression molded EVA footframe, a QForm® Comfort EVA midsole for women's specific stride-sequenced cushioning, a Merrell Air Cushion in the heel for shock absorption and stability, and a Merrell Whiteout sole with a 6mm sole lug depth with sipped lugs.

I have had such a difficult time finding winter boots that fit well over my thick wool socks and remain comfortable. I hate boots that are too tight, difficult to get on and off, and freeze your toes because they are cramped. These boots fit superbly and even with laces are easy on and off, fast to secure on my feet. I love them.

Do buy half size larger especially if you don't have narrow feet. The boots are sturdy, lightweighted and handsome. Recommended.

These are great boots. Very warm and they keep my feet dry. I've used them for sledding and in snowy, bad weather. I would highly recommend these.

. . . just returned from a great Montana snowmobile trip. Slipped on the Whiteout 8s and forgot about them. They were very comfortable and warm!

Great boots love them! The reviews were right on - most recommended to order half size larger because they are snug but they only had my normal size in stock so that's what I ordered. They fit perfectly but I do wish I had the extra wiggle room for thicker socks.
Wears this shoe: Walking the dog- any time outside.
