I liked the looks of this sneaker and needed something for my upcoming cruise. I needed something that looked good in and out of the water. I have been wearing them as a sneaker to work everyday and have received many compliments. They are very comfortable and I may buy them in blue too!

I bought these specifically for a trip to Disney where you spend the entire day on your feet and where it really can storm during the summer. These shoes were perfect. Light, airy, quick drying, comfortable and supportive. I had them and so did my daughter. Neither of us had a problem. My mom also had them, but chose to wear her usual sneakers. Not even when they were soaking wet from a torrential downpour. I did wear mine with socks because they were a little uncomfortable without them. The next day my Merrells were dry and my mom's sneakers were still soaking wet. She switched to her Merrell's that day and didn't have any problems afterward.

I help my husband clean grocery store floors at night and after slipping on a wet floor I was looking for something that would help me stay upright on slick (wet)floors.I have been wearing these since I got them and have never had a problem staying upright. They are also comfortable to wear all the time!
