I'm happy with this boot because I needed something casual, not too dressy. I cannot wear high heeled shoes anymore, and this has just enough heal (1-1/2"?) but is still comfortable. It is a little bit "roomy" inside, so I put gel inserts inside and it's perfect now. The boots are cute, too, a little bit cowboy-ish!
