I use the shoes every day for working out in an aqua track. I ordered the new shoes to replace a set I purchased over a year ago. My older pair I will save for the beach. Also they would work well for my other hobbies..fishing and gold panning. I have found them to be a very durable, quality shoe.

These shoes are awesome if you want to strengthen your feet for trail running. I like to use them because I like making my body stronger in every way possible. Do be careful if you have never really run barefoot. You need to work up to regular running in these shoes if you are used to using tennis shoes. The intricate muscles of your foot are worked much more by this style of running, but if you want a challenge, or just like to strengthen your body every way possible, these are for you.
