I love the Merrell brand I have boots that have many of their boots for 10 years or longer. I don't think that this one will make it the 10 years. They are nice and lightweight and the leather is very supple but I am afraid that the boot will wear out quickly.

I first ordered a size 10, but they were 1/2 size too big. The 9.5 is perfect. The boots are extremely comfortable and warm. I wore them in frigid weather yesterday with only cotton socks & my feet were toasty the whole time.

This shoeboot is not only very comfortable but light weight too. I wore them right out of the box to a rock concert and they were comfortable all night long. They breathe too which is an added bonus for those of us with "hot" feet. I love these boots!
