Spire Flex is a great looking shoe and super comfortable, but VERY wide in the heel. I've got to find some little sticky things so my feet don't slide right out of these shoes...other than that, love them. Better too wide than too narrow!

This shoe is exactly what I was after--a casual dress shoe for work. However, the style of the shoe requires a good fit to stay on. Length wise, I'd prefer the 7.5, but the heel was too big and I couldn't hold it on my foot even with heel inserts. I ended up going to a size 7 so that the shoe would stay on as I walked. I feel my toes hit the front on the shoe when I walk, but at least the shoes does stay on.

These shoes are very comfortable. They look pretty cute with capris or casual pants. I have even worn them to work on a couple casual Fridays. They are loose in the heel and I had to buy some inserts. The heels are still loose so I'll probably have to add another. They are wide enough in the toe area. The soles are really bouncy. They are almost fun to wear. My feet are usually killing me because of heels, so I may be a little over appreciative of a comfort shoe that is not completely ugly!
