The shoes are lightweight and comfortable. The only issue I had for the first 3 times I wore them was rubbing on my upper back heel area, which caused a blister. Once they got broken in and softened up a bit they were fine.

I bought this pair of shoes because the color is "pink" and I already have the same style in Mint. I love Merrells. I used to be a Ryka customer, but when I put on my first pair of Merrells (which actually was a hiking shoe), I couldn't believe how they actually fit and felt as if I had been wearing them for months. Now, all I buy is Merrell. I have two pairs of hiking shoes and four pairs of casual shoes including two of this Siren Sync style. The colors are great also--I'll never go back to plain old white again.

I searched for cross training shoes and the Merrells showed up. I love the color, style and how it looks. It is also very comfortable and serves the purpose. The only flaw is the shoe lace because I hate to stop - I have to always stop to tie my laces as it comes undone (double knots) in the midst of my really intense work out. Other than that, good product.
