The classic Siren control freak, in a higher degree of durability afforded by a pigskin leather upper. Synthetic leather strapping provides lateral and medial support while anchoring - with narrow gauge webbing - the easy-to-snug lacing system. Topped by a midsole with Merrell Air Cushion® and Q-Form™ stride alignment, the two-color Vibram®p Siren™ sole reveals braking, gripping and water-siphoning zones.
Slip lasted construction. Synthetic leather/pigskin leather. Breathable mesh lining.
4.5mm anatomical footbed.
Nylon 6.6 injection molded arch shank. Q-Form™ triple density compression molded EVA footframe. Air Cushion® midsole. 5mm sole lug depth. Vibram® Siren™ sole/TC5+ rubber.

I bought this shoe because I was going to be walking to and from class a long distance. My feet roll well when I walk in them. I think the longer I wear them, the better they'll conform to my feet. I would definitely recommend them. They're very stylish.

I bought this shoe because I love Merrells and hate the looks of walking shoes. These are more like trail shoes and look and feel almost like boots. They are very light in weight, but the sole makes them feel heavy when walking. I'd say that these are definitely five stars in looks, but four stars in comfort. They run small and narrow and the sole is stiff. But that said, these will be great for walking.

I wanted a leather running shoe to help keep nasty stickers out of my shoes when I trail run in the dry weather. The shoe is light and flexible.

I bought this shoe to wear on vacation to Italy. I am not planning to bring it,however, because the shoe, which does offer excellent support, is very stiff and uncomfortable, especially in the heel area.
