A light, quick mid-cut boot that can stand up to a sluicing, thanks to Merrell's waterproof construction that blocks water penetration and pick up right down the smallest components. Well-padded waterproof Nubuck leather upper is buttressed by a skeletal molded heel counter and molded side bumpers. Topped by an EVA footframe with Merrell Air Cushion®, the Vibram® Multi-Traction Plus™ sole lugs are comfigured for gripping, braking and stride efficiency.

I have a pair of the stretch Chameleons and decided that I would try a pair of the ankle boots. These are the most comfortable boots and shoes that I have ever put on my feet. I will continue to buy them. the price is right and they wear great.
