Great Light Hiking Boot January 08, 2013 Reviewer: Gwen from Dayton, OH Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width I read the reviews for this boot before buying it and am glad I paid attention to those who suggested to order a half size larger- I did and they're so comfortable! They didn't need breaking in, although it feels a bit "flat" to walk in compared to the other hiking boot brand I'm used to. I only wish they came up on my ankle a bit higher. They're a great boot for light hikes, yet I'm not sure they'll give the ankle support needed for rugged, rocky terrain. Wears this shoe: hiking, running errands, at work on my feet all day 10+ hours

Great shoe - no break-in needed! December 19, 2012 Reviewer: DT from Hawaii Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked Wanted a good hiking shoe and this one sure meets expectations so far. It didn't come in wide width, but was pleasantly surprised that the width fits fine. Very comfortable from the beginning. Haven't had the opportunity to test the waterproof feature yet. Wears this shoe: hiking and walking

Fine January 06, 2012 Reviewer: Clover from Texas Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width A perfectly fine, ugly, rugged, water resistant hiking shoe. Fit is somewhat snug; if you're on the line, order up. Keeps feet dry when gallivanting through wet grass. As with all Goretex shoes, feet need to be given frequent airings to keep them from shriveling. A pity all hiking shoes are universally horrible-looking. Wears this shoe: Hiking in the woods with dogs

perfect for Aspen September 19, 2011 Reviewer: Boots from Indy Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width This was a great purchase for my trip out west. Break in time was minimal and couldn't have made the hikes without the boots. Waterproof helped too. Wears this shoe: Hiking
