We've added footwear to the abiding, wide-range applicability of this rugged, appealing textile. Close-fitting, all-hemp upper has the feel and look of linen and is fully lined with breathable mesh to prevent stretching. New Merrell Inversion™ Sole with Air Cushion® midsole sets the standard for comfort. Natural woven hemp upper. Breathable air mesh lining. 4.5mm anatomical footbed. Nylon 6.6 injection molded arch shank. Compression molded EVA footframe. Air Cushion® midsole. Merrell Inversion™ sole/sticky rubber.

My wife led me to those great shoes first about 10 years ago. Since then I've bought 4 more pair. Too bad they come apart where the material meets the sturdy sole far too quickly. I'm down to 2 pair that both look very ragged now. I see other reviews with the same complaint. Hopefully, the manufacturer finds a way to improve this product. I'd like to buy new ones ...

These shoes and the jungle mocs are absolutely, unequivocally the best feeling shoe I have ever put on my feet. Merrells are miracles for tired feet or for standing all day!!!! I wear the jungle mocs in winter and the hemp mocs in summer.
