Waxy, water repellent leather uppers stand out with style, and stand up to cold with multiple thermal features: fleece lining, 200 grams of PrimaLoft® insulation, ColdProof™ Ortholite® insulating footbed and an ActiveHeat™ reflective insole buried inside with high-performance cushioning and support. Siped soles with 5 mm lugs and durable, secure lacing over a bellows tongue give you top to bottom comfort and control. This boot has a full grain leather upper with a protective rubber rand and toe cap, a bellows tongue to keep out debris, a metal hook and lacing eyelet system, a waterproof and breathable membrane, a fleece lining with an Aegis® anti-microbial treatment, 200 grams of PrimaLoft® insulation, a ColdProof™ Ortholite® anatomical footbed, an ActiveHeat™ Insole with a silver reflective film, a molded nylon arch shank, a compression molded EVA footframe, a Merrell Air Cushion in the heel for shock absorption and stability, and a Merrell Boreal Sticky Rubber outsole with a 5 mm sole lug depth with surface siping.

For my job I needed a shoe or boot that could transition from the office or client meetings to job sites and wet, cold conditions standing on my feet for hours. I am very pleased with my purchase. This boot is warm, waterproof, comfortable and good looking. The boot felt a little narrow, but after 3 days they stretched or conformed to my foot.
