An all-around performer with foot-holding security at the heel. Double elastic gore eases access to the full grain waterproof leather upper with comfortably rolled collar at the heel. Foot-friendly tech features include odor-fighting lining and footbed, and a Merrell Air Cushion® midsole with Q-Form™ alignment for the female stride. Low-profile Encore™ sole is non marking. Slip lasted construction. Waterproof full grain leather. Dri-Lex® shubuck lining. Elastic gore insert. Anatomical EVA footbed. Cita XY™ Aegis™ antimicrobial socklining. Nylon 6.6 injection molded arch shank. Q-Form™ triple density compression molded EVA footframe. Air Cushion® midsole. Merrell Encore™ sole/sticky rubber.

Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

I wore these almost daily for 3 years, working in a hospital. Remove the insole and orthotics fit well. Comfortable for standing or walking.

I have always purchased merrell shoes as well as sandals and found that putting them on for the first time, they felt as if I've come home. They are wonderful and last forever. I will continue to purchase merrell shoes and sandals as long as I can. I don't believe anyone will be disappointed with this product.

I bought that shoes for my wife. First thing is very narrow for the design. And the second thing is not a good non-slip shoes for my 17 years chef experience working at a high traffic kitchen I see. My wife wore it and almost fell down twice on the first day, she's hurt. And got sore ankle on next day. I strongly recommend DO NOT use these shoes working in the kitchen. VERY DANGEROUS.

I work in a school kitchen and needed new work shoes. It's difficult for me to find shoes that are certified non-slip and are comfortable to wear all day. These fit the bill. I did change out in insole for orthodics, since I have flat feet. These raise my feet up and at the end of the day the shoes are pinching the top of my foot. Not the fault of the shoe. It's the highness of my orthodic. Still, all in all, a very comfortable shoe.
