Who needs the bus? Wear these and you'll want to walk everywhere. Classic Encore comfort includes a supportive arch shank, Ortholite® anatomical footbed and air cushion in the heel. Leather and mesh merge for optimal heat regulation. Features breathable mesh lining with Aegis® antimicrobial solution, Ortholite® anatomical footbed, molded nylon arch shank, compression molded EVA footframe for comfort and a Merrell air cushion in the heel for shock absorption and stability.

Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 7.

The Merrell Encore Bypass (why do they call it that with so many words?)is a great shoe. I wear 11 1/2 with socks, size 11 without. Comfortable either way. I marked them as true to size,and they are, but if anything they might be 1/4 size larger than sized. The Gunsmoke color is a little disappointing, though I guess properly named. I like the brown better, and the black is black. I have all three. I liked the previous, now discontinued model, Primo Breeze II even better. Oh well, I'm a Merrell guy!
Wears this shoe: Everywhere. In, out, socks, no socks.

Bought these for my husband since he liked my MerrellBreeze. I got him these and he said it feels like he's going outside in slippers. I wish they had the bypass for women!As always, the quick service and delivery was excellent.
Wears this shoe: Hubby wears them at home or out and about.
