Excellent, once you figure out what size you need. I'd never tried Merrell brand shoes in my life, so it was a total guessing game ordering these online as I had to base my decision in regards to size largely on customer reviews. From what I could gather, these are supposed to fit your foot like a glove (apropos of its namesake). I know these are meant to be worn barefoot, but I purchased mine to wear for my daily brisk outdoor walk. And I'm also a sock wearer. The reviews were helpful in that most people suggested ordering a half size up if you don't plan on wearing them barefoot. That is an accurate statement as far as I can tell. Since I prefer wearing socks w/my shoes, I ordered an 8.5 even though my usual shoe size is a solid Women's 8. I'm so glad I heeded others' advice and went for the 8.5, because when they arrived and I slipped them on for the first time, I could immediately tell that they fit me just right--a size 8 in these, for me, would've been too tight and had to be sent back/exchanged. With the 8.5, I'm able to wear these with OR without socks. I can't imagine that being the case had I gotten my normal size 8. They would've been "suction-cupped" to my feet, leaving me no other alternative BUT going barefoot. No wiggle room or allowance for foot-swelling, etc. (we all have those days). I don't like that. To sum up, it comes down to what you plan on wearing them for, and whether your preference is for socks vs. no socks. Got mine in Lychee and I do love them!

I purchased this shoe in orange/pink combo first, and found it to be really comfortable so I purchased the blue/green combo. I'm able to wear a lightweight sock with it. I did wear them on a day where I did miles of street walking, and found my legs hurt a bit, but otherwise they're really comfortable. The bright colors make me feel like a kid again.

After learning the benefits of switching to a minimalist style running shoe I read reviews and decided on these. Zero pain after running every day and my old "standard" cushy running shoes actually make me feel unstable after running in these so my old running should have now been demoted to lawn mowing shoes. This will not be my last pair of Merrells.

While my favorite Merrell shoe is still the Pace Glove, I purchased the Dash Glove because all my walking/jogging is on asphalt and I'm seriously wearing out the soles of my Pace Gloves. These are built a bit differently, definitely wider in the toe and feel a bit more substantial than the Pace Glove. In fact, I do wear these with thin socks (unlike my other Merrell barefoot shoes). I am pretty much addicted to Merrell Barefoot shoes, wearing them all the time...super comfortable and light. I've washed them too, and all is good.

I'm officially addicted to the entire Merrell Barefoot line! These are my new favorites! Mega comfy, I could wear these all day every day. Great for running, walking, working out. I no longer roll my ankles during racquet ball and basketball in these.
