This is a good sturdy shoe, and it is cute. It's comfortable with another insole in it. The heel area was really wide, though, so I am sending it back.

I wore these shoes, for the first time, on my trip to Mesa Verde National Park. I climbed and hiked all day and had no problems breaking in these shoes. They felt, as if, I had been wearing them for months! I am very happy with the pair of shoes that I purchased and the service I received from shoebuy.com.

My wife loves her new Merrells! She had to return the 9.5's for 9's. They were comfortable from the go and she gets compliments on them all the time. Comfortable and stylish!
