Sleek and unsaturated, this Chameleon Arch uses waterproof construction to keep your feet dry when wet conditions threaten to slow you down. Stride-specific Q-Form™ comfort cushions every bound, along with a trusted Merrell cushioning platform that never lets your down. Grabby 4mm lugs claw their way to the top through mud and mountain streams. This shoe has a nubuck, pig suede leather, and mesh upper with combination construction for heel stability and forefoot flexibility, a bellows tongue to keep out debris, a protective rubber toe cap, a waterproof and breathable membrane, an Ortholite® anatomical footbed, an In-Board™ Compression molded EVA footframe with a Grade 1 Nylon insole for absorbing impact, a QForm® Comfort midsole provides women's specific stride-sequenced cushioning, a Merrell Air Cushion in the heel that absorbs shock and provides stability, and a Vibram® TC5+ rubber outsole with a 4.5 mm sole lug depth.

I have an older pair of Merrell hikers that are disconntinued. I really loved them for the winter. I decided to try these. They are comfortable for walks in the snow. They also keep my feet dry. They are not big and clunky like some hikers. I would buy another pair.

I bought these Merrell's cuz I love the brand but the ones with mesh seem to rip easily. These ones are AWESOME! comfortable, sturdy, and not alot of mesh to rip. I am a mom of 3 and these hold up to all my running around.

I like these shoes and wear them every day to walk the dog in on city streets and in the park. They are good for any weather and for muddy paths. They are not like sneakers, though, being more of a boot feel on the foot, that is, stiffer and not as flexible as my prior walking Merrell shoes. I am still breaking them in. I bought them a half size larger than my usual size and think that was a good idea.

I bought this shoe as I work retail and am on my feet all day. Merrell shoes are comfortable, have good support and look nice. What more can one ask for in a shoe. I've had waterproof Merrells before and can say I walked through a stream and my feet and socks were dry when I got to the other side. The inside of the Merrells were dry too.

Merrell shoes are always comfortable and have wonderful arch support. These shoes live up to my expectations and more because they are waterproof! No more getting caught in the rain with sneakers and wet feet. Also, I don't have to wear bulky winter waterproof boots if it is rainy and just slightly chilly. If you like Merrell's you will love these!
