Love this boot, I am a Moc Pro fan (although the size seems to have changed in the last pair I purchased) but this boot has all the qualities of a good Merrell shoe, lots of support and really warm with good traction.

Fits great, is warm, comfy and looks good from a distance My only complaint is that the waterproof finish makes it look more like a rubber/suede, not leather. Dust/dirt do not wipe off easily, making it more difficult to keep looking clean. Otherwise, I these boots.
Wears this shoe: At work in a warehouse/retail environment - and out hiking around.

These are my new favorite boots. They are super comfy. I haven't really tested the water proofing but I did go on a hike where I crossed a mini stream, stepping in a few inches of water... seemed to not permeate the boots at all even though the leather has a slick suede like feel to it. I needed a versatile, stylish flat boot and this one is perfect... they are the tiniest bit loose around the calves but I have skinny calves. They still look good on me.

I have had this shoe for a year. It still is not broken in. The leather is very stiff and uncomfortable. The shoe is built well but not the best for hiking and I am a experienced hiker. The leather does not flex enough and rubs around the ankles. The shoes cannot be laced tight around the ankles to keep debris from getting in. The leather is just too stiff. I am very disappointed.

The boot fits great, is very comfortable, and looks good too. But they do not breath! My feet never sweat in shoes or boots, but they did in this pair. Other than not breathing they are very comfortable. Just as all Merrell's.
