Like other Mephisto shoes I've owned, the Macario is comfortable to wear all day. They dress dress up well with slacks and a sport coat and dress down with jeans and a t-shirt. Great product.

Why did I buy this shoe? Because it's like wearing a house-slipper all day. You can't beat Mephisto's for comfort, and the Macario is by far the most comfortable slip on I've ever worn. Heck, liked the first pair so much, in brown, went back and bought a second pair in black.
Wears this shoe: You can wear with khakis or a suit.
