My husband is a physician who is on his feet all day. The Mephistos are worth the extra price because they last forever and are othopedically correct, cushioned, etc. They do run a full size larger because in everything else he is a 14 (huge!) but took a 13 regular width.Thanks for the availability and prompt delivery.
