A very remarkable comfort level is achieved in all the styles of the MOBILS collection, by offering an all engulfing "soft padding" cushion system. In addition these sandals and shoes have removable anatomic footbeds for added flexibility of use. This principal of the "pump system" allows a full renewal of air and a very comfortable and fresh feeling. Gore-Tex® membrane prevents water from penetrating the shoes but at the same time allowing for perspiration to move out of its microscopic pores, thus giving the foot a dry and comfortable environment.

I own 7 pairs of Mephisto sandals, and I think this one is the best looking. It is also very comfortable, but does not have quite as much arch support as (Mephisto) Sharks. I only wish they would make them available in the brown nubuck color, as I've seen them advertised overseas. If they did, I would buy them just to have another pair.
Wears this shoe: I wear these when I'm not wearing other Mephistos...
