The shoes were fine, and I thought that I would keep them, but after wearing them for about 4 hours I realized that they did were a little small. I sent them back and requested a larger size. I received a pair back and thought they were a new pair, but they still seemed small. When I looked closer I realized that they were the original pair which had been rejected. They had a little dried dirt on the sole which I buffed off. They look perfectly fine to me. I took photos and sent a letter...

This was my first pair of Mephistos, and I like them a lot. Where other shoes would hurt my feet after a fairly short time, these never do. The only thing I don't like about them is that the footbed gets slippery after a few months and needs to be washed in order for my foot to not slide around when I walk.
