With the all natural anatomic cork-footbed this sandal offers the ideal support for the foot. The latex-mousse used in the design of the innersoles of all MEPHISTO shoes is your guarantee of exceptional comfort at all times.

Fit: This style is available in whole sizes only and tends to run small. If you normally order a 1/2 size it is recommended that you order the next full size up. For example, if you normally purchase a size 6 1/2 we recommend purchasing a size 7.

this is my fifth pair of the Mephisto Helen sandals and I wear them everywhere. I have been buying them for several years and they are a great fitting, supportive sandal. I had ankle surgery with some foot issues and I can walk well in these sandals...winter and summer. I would be lost without them....they feel wonderful!

I've been wearing this brand & style for years. They are the most comfortable sandals with an arch support that is just right. I can walk for miles in them.

I've heard this was a great brand, I'm anxious to wear this shoe when the weather is warmer, but it is definitely a half size smaller than my size. I wish it were a little bigger, but I like the shoe so much I think I'm going to make it work?!

Great support for someone that has foot discomfort from plantar facitis. Love the arch support and adjustable strap over the bridge of ones foot. Worth the expense as they seem very well made.
Wears this shoe: All the time unless the temperature is below 65 degrees.
