I bought my first pair of Mephisto Hannel's with a leopard print strap. I wasn't sure if I'd wear these shoes for anything other than casual wear, but it turned out that I loved them and wear them almost all the time, so I was able to justify a pair with the black patent strap so I can really wear them with anything!

Over two years ago I relented and paid the price for this mephisto in omaha and I am so satisfied! The blue color goes well with casual denim as well as other more dressy attire. Usually I wear a thin all cotton sock and my feet stay comfortable all day long, or nylons, with the buckles readjusted, are just as terrific. Earlier this month I finally purchased my second pair of mephisto shoes while visiting in bellevue, was with my 1960 seattle university nursing classmates. Our feet have walked many paths thru the years, and I was more than enthusiastic when showing them my super, wear all- times all-places flat, absolutely great shoes. Thank you for continuing to produce these 'happy feet' products. I also reviewed other reviews and concur with the positive remarks. I'm relieved to know that reconditioning is available because I now can look forward to even more years of wearing my best blue shoes.

I love the Mephisto sandal. It fits my higher arched foot perfectly giving me great support all day. I know they are expensive but they are durable (however, keep them away from water).
Wears this shoe: All day to work and for casual.

Amazingly comfortable; wearing these shoes is better than barefoot. Well-defined arch support, which is a great feature in a sandal. I decided to buy another pair out-of-season so when the department store didn't have them in stock, I decided to try ShoeBuy. It was my first purchase from this particular online retailer. They shipped the correct shoe in the correct size, and it arrived in a timely fashion.

I like this shoe very much. It has a nice fit, wide enough and good support;, the cork sides cradle the foot and cork sole is firm but comfortable from the start. I would highly recommend it as a slightly dressy, comfort sandal. Looks good with jeans, skirt, shorts. The fit is true to size.
