This is my third pair of Mephistos. Like the other Mephisto shoes, these are very comfortable, after 1 day of wearing. My feet are a bit wide and I usually need EE but these have plenty of room in the width even without special sizing. Meticulously finished in soft leather and styled more up-to-date than most shoes in this make. Worth it when on sale.

Beautiful shoes. The chestnut color has a deep, rich patina. I wear size 10 in other shoes but I wear a size 9 in these. They felt a full size bigger than marked. Keep in mind that as you go down in size, shoes become more narrow. The 9 hugs my foot well, and I'm a "C" width according to those metal foot measuring contraptions.Shoebuy.com was a pleasure to work with. I had to return two pair of these because of fit, and each time the process perfectly executed.
