I had an old pair for about nine years that finally wore out and I was so happy that they brought the style back. Also, this is a great shoe for traveling through Europe. Shoe Size: Felt half size larger than marked A good traditional looking loafer. I bought it in the other two colors a few years ago. Decided now to add it in cordovan. The several other reviews saying it runs large are correct. Order down 1/2 US size. I own numerous Mephisto shoes -- this is the first one that seems off in its sizing. Having returned for a smaller size, I am happy with the shoe.

Shoe Size: Felt full size larger than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width Like most if not all Mephisto shoes they feel broken in from the first time you wear them. Mephisto shoes wear like iron. I have a pair that I purchased 15 years ago look and feel new. I have had them resoled 2 times and keep them polished, but 15 years from a pair of shoesis good value!
