I have a disability that makes it impossible for me to wear heels. I wanted a dressy sandal that would go with my outfit, for my daughter's wedding and yet be safe and comfortable. This sandal is perfect!

This is an absolutely gorgeous pair of sandals. I am so glad mephisto is finally making really stylish and cute pairs! Keep in mind the straps are not adjustable. The first time i wore these, felt very uncomfortable - wasn't sure why. I have other mephisto sandals with the same footbed that are super comfy, so it threw me initially. I was thinking of returning them. Then I realized it was the straps - they were tight and kinda digging in, and were not adjustable. That made the shoes were really tight and uncomfortable, and my feet felt like they were spilling over. Anyway, I wore this pair around the house with thick socks on and off for about a day and the straps stretched out very nicely. Now this pair, like my other mephistos, are extremely comfortable - but def the prettiest of the lot. Btw, the straps up at the front were tighter and also harder to stretch out than the one across the middle, so if your foot tends to be wide rather than medium, you might wanna go up in size. I have medium width feet so it worked out. And yes, you can walk and walk and walk in these - great for long city walks for miles, which i tend to do.
Wears this shoe: Work, social - very nice pair, so quite versatile.
