This is the 4th pair of Mephisto Altina's that I have purchased. They fit perfectly and they are so well made with great soles and arch support that I can wear them all day while standing. They required no break-in period - comfortable right from the start.

I do alot of walking at my job.I needed a shoe that supported my foot, as I have bad circulation and very high arches. This shoe is attractive enough to wear with summer dresses as well as slacks and jeans. I did not have to break them in. They were comfortable from the first time I tried them on. I was very impressed, and I wear them almost every day.
