This sandal is nice looking and comfortable but it feels like you are wearing a floppy bedroom slipper. The sole of the shoe seems thin...you can almost feel the bumps on the ground you are walking on.

I wear a size 5 but often buy up because of medium size bunions on both feet. I ordered size 5 in this sandal but was surprised that it is a bit too wide across the fore foot. If it hadn't been for the adjustable strap across the top of my foot which feels very secure, I would have returned them. I love the look of this sandal and the sturdy footbed, but I wouldn't wear them if I was on uneven terrain. If available, a size 4 would probably have fit me perfectly.

Can wear them all day. I have a heel spur and don't feel it at all with this shoe. No gel inserts needed for these.
