I used these for three weeks and they tore from the sides. The shoe is extremely light weight, which feels quite comfortable on the foot BUT its weak, won't last long. BEWARE !

While I have only put about 20 miles on these shoes, I find them to be interesting and useful. They are odd in that they are incredibly light/thin feeling (10 1/8 oz for size 11!), yet you have the sense of a great deal of support (due to the springs). I like running with them on hard/flat surfaces, but not so much on uneven surfaces. I'll have to see how they perform over time, but for now they are pretty nice. Another little observation: the spring in the heal of the right shoe has gotten out of alignment a couple of times and I've had to adjust it manually by twisting the heal. When it gets messed up it feels weird and makes a little sqeaking noise.

This shoes fits very well for me, I have a narrow foot and it's perfect.. No need to tape it on to keep it secure. Good heal pad for when I get lazy and run slower.
