These shoes look nice and fit well, but did not last very long. About a year after purchase I started feeling water in my shoes when walking on wet pavement. When I got home and took my socks off, my feet were stained black from the leather dye. I thought that maybe water somehow got in through the top (although that's never happened to me before). The next time it was wet out, the same thing happened. I looked at the bottoms and found two cracks in the rubber right in the middle of the shoe bottom. The rubber broke down for some reason. Water soaks the inside of both shoes everytime it rains out. I now have to throw these shoes out. I am disappointed to say the least and will not be buying another pair.

The shoes feel a bit larger than others of the same brand/style that I tried before in stores (for the same number), but not a big deal.Quality of manufacturing seems good. It's black (or a very dark gray, which looks black under shadow).
