Marmot Connect Glove
Just What I Was Looking For
March 15, 2013
Reviewer: Dave from Wichita, KS
What I like:Lightweight yet warm, soft, sleek, stylish, and comfortable. I am picky about gloves. I do not like big bulky gloves because I loathe taking them off to grab items out of my wallet or to use my smartphone. My disdain of big gloves tends to hamper the warmth factor because usually the thinner the less insulation offered. Not so much in this case, they provide adequate insulation (used as low as the 20 degree Fahrenheit range) for brief ventures outside. The touchscreen friendly finger tips work sufficiently on my phone, and the grips on the palm work well for grasping steering wheels, doorknobs, and other various day-to-day objects. What I don't like:Slight pilling occurred after just two weeks.

Marmot Aviate Jacket
Great quality, sizing is off
February 05, 2013
Reviewer: World Traveler from Chicago, IL
This jacket is extremely well-made, very comfortable and warm. Look is great. The chest and sleeves fit perfect, especially for layering, but the bottom cuff drops below the waist and is not a snug fit. I think a smaller size might be too tight in the chest and short in the sleeves. The hood has a very odd way of tightening, and I'm not sure it would stay up on a windy day.

Marmot On-Piste Glove

Great gloves. I use them when shoveling snow, using the snow blower, outdoor cold-weather work. The gloves run about one size larger than normal. If you need a large glove, try the medium - it will be plenty large enough.
