My 2nd pair of Magnums, although this pair did feel "tougher" as in more solidly built, i do feel that my prev boot (which lasted almost 2 years) were more comfortable. I expect these to last me longer than the Vipers i had before. didnt need to break in 1st pair, but i find my heels hurt after 8 hrs of wearing (not alot of walking). I'm sure they will be great once broken in.
