The heel slips - I guess it is the nature of the elastic. I put a thin strip of soft velcro inside the back strap and it helped. The shoe is very attractive (the nude color and the wedge heel really do elongate the leg) and they go with just about everything, so, despite the back heel slipping, I am quite happy with the purchase.

I was extremely disappointed. It looks like a very comfortable shoe but it is deceiving and the worst when walking. The size was fine but the straps were way too long and I couldn't take a few steps without them falling off. Not only that, the band across the toes is not the elastic that it appears to be. There is hard leather underneath with no room for give. It was so rough on my toes that it gave me blisters. Unfortunately for me I had to endure the pain for hours until I could get somewhere to buy new shoes. They are garbage to me and a total waste of money.

I bought these in beige. I wear a 10 and love summer because I have difficult feet to fit - a little wider across front with very narrow heel - so sandals are my best bet. I normally wear flats, so a 3" heel is a little high for me, but I really like the way they look. I've worn 3 times and have gotten compliments each time. The look is better than the feel. I have a high arch and they don't have any arch support. Also, the footbed is raffia which is rough. I usually get shoes that have an adjustable heel strap so these are a little loose on heel. When you walk foot slides forward so strap across toes rubs a bit. A trip to shoe repair may fix these problems. I know I'm not giving this shoe a glowing review, but even with all it's faults I still like it, just won't do a lot of walking in them. I'll find a nice seat, cross my legs and show off my cute shoes :).
Wears this shoe: I wear these when I want to add a little zing to a casual outfit.
