excellent support-- I used to use running sneakers for my power walks, but within a few weeks they were out of shape and "tilted" because I pronate out. My previous pair of Lowa sneakers lasted a year. Finally the lining developed holes. The structure of the sneaker was still strong. I discovered Lowa when I bought their low hiking shoes, which I loved enough to see what else I could wear made by Lowa.
