I ordered a pair of the shoes from Shoebuy for my mother who resides in an assisted living facility. I based the shoe size on other shoes that she was wearing at the time. Unfortunately, when the shoes arrived, they were a half size too large. I followed the exchange instructions on the Shoebuy website and printed off a mailing label to place on the package I was sending back to Shoebuy. I exchanged the shoes for a pair that was a half size smaller. I got the shoes in a few days and, to my delight, Shoebuy paid for all the postage. The new shoes fit perfectly and my mother was very happy with the style and comfort. I want to thank Shoebuy for such an excellent service.

I bought these in the silver and will probably purchase other colors as well. Very, very comfortable shoe. I can walk in these all day long and my feet feel very comfortable all the way through. This is a very comfortable, yet stylish looking pair of shoes. That is about all you can ask.
