I love the look and feel of this shoe. The elastic just molds to your foot. Navy shoes are almost impossible to find. But by the time I walked from my car to my office, I knew I would never wear it again. The elastic makes the shoe SLAP against your foot with every step, and it is practically impossible to walk quietly. My boss was so irritated that he was talking about requiring all shoes to have backs. We already wear uniforms. I promised I would never wear them again, and we think he is satisfied and will not tighten the shoe dress code. Otherwise, he will have a revolt and I will have a lot of enemies!
