About Motorcycle Boots:
Motorcycle boots are boots that tend to have a shorter heel than other boots, in order to allow a motorcycle rider to keep control on the bike. Motorcycle boots are generally made from heavy leather and may include metal, plastic and/or composite materials to protect the rider's feet, ankles and legs in case of an accident while riding. Motorcycle boots may also include styles with design inspired by the motorcycling culture in aesthetics and not intended for the activity.

Dingo Harness Eagle NO Silver Hardware!
March 14, 2013
Reviewer: Sparky Sixx from Southbury, CT. Boots are comfortable, but a little snug on width. Big problem - only difference betwen these boots & regular harness boot is the silver hardware on toes & heels. Main reason I ordered them. There is NO SILVER HARDWARE on these boots! Very dissapointing -- I returned them. The eagle is on one side.

Workmanship on these Dingos is excellent, much nicer than on the much more expensive pair of Chippewas I tried and returned (to Amazon). The sole is NOT lugged as seems to be the case in some pictures, but it is plenty tough. Great motorcycle boots.

I got these as a Christmas gift for my husband. After a few days of breaking them in, he found them really comfortable and warm, even in the NY winter. They look great too. Frye boots do run large though, I first ordered a 9.5, and had to return it for a 9.
