Lower insole

The lower insole came just about out after wearing them for 1 hour. I had to go to a shoe maker to have them glued down. This cost me $500.00. I don't think that I would buy another slipper from you!!!

I like much about this slipper but, as it is to be worn without socks, I find it disturbing that the leather used to line the toe box of this slipper is not fixed securely to the shoe. The thin leather lining sticks to Ones foot when trying to remove the slipper. In due course I fully expect the inner lining to pull loose due to that defect. I may be spoiled by having worn a similar slipper made by Church's from England.

This is the second pair of these slippers for me. The first set lasted about 5 years and I am hard on slippers because I wear them in the morning when I get the newspapers from my driveway. They are comfortable, wear well, and priced right.

These slippers are of excellent quality. The only downside is the fact that the shoes do not have a hard sole. The bottoms are made of the same leather as the top.
