Left boot toe March 10, 2010

I like the shoe overall, but it seemed odd that the left toe portion opened up after just less than a year. The shoes are used for turf work only. I am going to return the pair back to the store. But I am a repeat customer, I bought another pair PRO LITE.

Poor Quality July 05, 2009

I bought these boots for my husband, as he is a landscaper. He does a lot of walking throughout the day and needed a pair of nice boots. This is a comfortable shoe but is of very poor quality, the stitching has already come apart on the sides and toes. I think I paid way to much money for a poor quality boot. I would not recommend this shoe to anyone.

Mens Lawn Grips Pro comments from one users perspective. April 19, 2009

I purchased these because of reviews I have read about Lawn Grips products. After wearing these at least a half a dozen times doing spring yard work I must say I am disappointed. It appears that the shoe/boot is out of proportion. The heel portion appears smaller than the front part. It makes them feel unbalanced when walking and it seems you rock back on your heels because of this. Appearance wise they do resemble clown shoes. Another complaint is that they don't lace up tight. The shoes always feel loose and you have to keep retying them. A minor complaint is that there are no care instructions in the box. You would think that for over a hundred dollars they would tell the customer how to take care of their product. Next time I would just purchase a regular pair of steel toe work boots for the same or less money.
