This is a very comfortable shoe. I had been looking for a lawn shoe that was comfortable, a slip on, and one that would keep my feet dry. This shoe fits the bill perfect. I have only worn the shoe for three weeks but no complaints at all. The velcro strap instead of strings is very handy. I wish I had known about this shoe long before now. I will buy this shoe again.

This is the second pair of this shoe I have purchased and it was a gift for my father who has a painful tendon problem with one of his toes that he has complained about for years. I bought my first set for yardwork and chainsaw protection but when I broke my big toe 4 months ago (when I wasnt wearing the shoes) they were the only pair of shoes I could wear and I havent taken them off since. They are extremely comfortable in the toe space and are easy to get on and off while providing good traction on most surfaces. The only downside is that you get a little used to the protection they provide with the steel toe and I have gotten used using them to help set down heavy machinery - if I ever forget that I am not wearing them when I do that I could crush my toes if wearing a normal pair of shoes. They have held up great to real rough use every day for the last six months.

  • Need a quick landscape shoe August 18, 2011

It's a heavy shoe with the steel toe and shank however if you ever tried using a shovel with a moch style shoe you will greatly appreciate the shank. The shoe slips on quick so I can readily go out and landscape and not worry about wet feet or injuring myself. It is exactly what I wanted for an outdoor working shoe.

This is my husband's second pair of Lawn Grips. He wore the first pair out in 1 1/2 years and he is very hard on his work shoes. They have never lasted that long with other styles. He works on the golf course in the wet and muck and they held up great for him. I bought him the first pair and he requested the second pair. I guess these will be keepers.
