Hyper-dri® barrier lines the entire boot for 100% waterproof protection. All leather upper with padded collar.
Long-wearing Quad Comfort TPU non-slip, oil-resistant outsole. Dual-density, polyurethane midsole. Quad Core - an EVA covered insole board with EVA filled cutout zones in heel and forefoot.
Soft, removable, dual-density footbed. Nylon knit lining for easy on/off. Nylon Shank for arch Support.

Only Boot I'll Buy

I started buying these boots a few years back, and they're now the only ones I will wear. They still look great after all the water and mud they've been through, and the water still even stays out. They are very comfortable to wear and they break in fast.

fine boots

Have had them a year now (shoebuy.com sent me an annual email). I wear them every day, 5 days a week, and a couple of hours on the weekend. And about a week ago one shoestring started to go, but other than that they've been perfect. They're comfortable, durable and fairly lightweight. For hiking use the soles are dandy because they won't hold mud. They've stayed impressivly waterproof on the partially rocky beaches I walk the dogs on. Impressive because that's really tough use. For hard use boots of the glued sole construction type I expect (from experience) three years of use. What has gone for me in the past is the seam where the leather and glue meet. The leather gets cut by bending at that seam. That's to be expected. I suspect that these boots will last three years as well, and do it comfortably, while staying waterproof and protective. I hope they still make this model in two years as I'd be happy to buy another pair.

I've always had problems with my feet because my work requires me to be on my feet. I find these shoes to be the most comfortable work shoes I've had. I got my first pair at my local sporting store and now buy online.
