The 16" Protecta boots are made of 100% waterproof, ozone-resistant rust red rubber, with steel toe, steel midsole and full metatarsal guard that meet or exceed ASTM specifications.
Strong nylon net lining for easy on and off. Removable EVA insole for comfort. Trac-Lite™ outsole for grip on wet and slippery surfaces. Rigid, contoured heel counter prevents slippage for walking comfort. Fiberglass shank.
Top strap and buckle adjustment. The 16" Meta-Boot are used for mining, refining, heavy manufacturing, and processing.

While the boots fit well, the performance was lacking. The grips wore quickly. They began to show wear and cracking at the end of the metatarsal upper edge. They were very slippery on concrete and metal surfaces. Overall, our employees were not happy with the boots at all.
