Wears this shoe: mucking about outside
Good quality, no problems
By Anonymous, May 16, 2012
Bought these as a replacement for the same brand my husband has had for several years. They seem even heavier duty, if that is possible, so I'm sure there will be several years ahead for this new pair. Excellent boot.

Wears this shoe: Hunting
By Kevin, from Newnan, GA | April 24, 2010
This is the most comfortable rubber boot in my opinion. I wear them turkey and deer hunting and put many miles on them. My feet never even cross my mind. They fit as comfy as a tennis shoe. The only drawback to them is they don't last more than a couple of years. I put them through a lot and they start to crack along the seams after a couple seasons.

Wears this shoe: Autumn deer archery season in Wisconsin
Best fit I've found
By Anonymous, from SE Wisconsin | April 12, 2010
I spent an afternoon at two stores trying on similar boots. Everything else was a very poor fit and tended to flop loosely at the heel section. These form to the foot very well (though they seem a bit narrow and don't lend to layering of socks). Overall though, I am very happy with my purchase and will enjoy them this coming archery deer season this fall.

Men's LaCrosse Alphaburly Sport 18
By RBS, from Albuquerque, NM | January 23, 2010
This boot has worked very well for me over the years. This is the second pair I've had. The first pair lasted several years before finally breaking down. I use the boots around the house for watering and washing cars but my primary use is on winter Grand Canyon raft trips where I spend a month at a time on the river. They are water proof, comfortable, wear well and are warm.

Alphaburlys are great!
By Bryan Hainey, from Fridley, Minnesota. | June 17, 2009
I bought these boots because I like to canoe and fish. I've taken them on an all day trip to big marine lake and they were awesome! I did take them off in the canoe with no problem, and even after wearing them for a few hours my usually sweaty feet were still dry. I walked around on one of the lakes islands and had no complaints. Really a great 100% waterproof boot.

Wears this shoe: When I'm working in wet wooded areas
By Steve, from Duluth, MN | June 08, 2009
These boots are great. I work in the woods a good part of the time, and these boots provide more foot support than most rubber boots I've owned. I inserted a pair of Superfeet brand insoles that I put on top of the insoles that came with these boots. The Superfeet insoles, which I insert into most footwear I own, just provide extra foot/arch support when I'm walking in through rugged terrain.

Alpha Burly
By MollyJ, from Maine | April 10, 2008
I ordered this men's boot because I wore my husband's to take out the dogs in the snow and was sold on the boots even though they were 4 sizes too big! Love them.
