Great looking dress/casual boot. The steel gray color is a bit "shiny" and does look a bit like pleather, but with time/wear will look more natural. Also, since it goes above the ankle I ordered an E width rather than my usual D width-glad I did!

These shoes were a present for my husband. I purchased them in the size he usually wore but they were slightly bigger than expected. I had no trouble returning them and ordering the size he needed. I appreciated being able to talk with someone in customer service who helped me with the return process. Delivery of the correct size was faster than expected.
