This is my 3rd year of keens for two girls. These are great for hiking, biking and using as a toe brake, and for school. they are pretty and yet my older doesn't feel dumb and my princess is willing to put them on. You can throw them in the wash and they look like new. The fasteners work great. After a year, the bigger gets handed down to the smaller. You can't go wrong with keen.

The Prolineboots are exactly what I expected. They come up high enough over my calves and the rubber is soft enough to be very comfortable, but also seems quite durable. Some rubber boots are too small and tight around the ankle, but these have plenty of room which makes them easy to get on and off. I would definitely buy them again. I did think they were a little larger than the size indicated, but it leaves a lot of room for heavy socks.
