Product Description (Men's Keen Targhee II)

The Targhee II from KEEN is four-wheel-drive performance for your feet. The shoe is revamped with the KEEN DRY waterproof breathable membrane to keep your feet dry and comfortable. The aggressive outsole has 4mm lugs to bite into the terrain, providing excellent traction. The ESS shank provides torsional stability for a secure ride, while the mid cut height increases ankle support from canyons to mountaintops.

Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 8, we recommend purchasing a size 8 1/2.

Very pleased. I have problem feet (corrective surgery,etc) and generally wear an 11 wide, but ordered an 11.5 medium which fit my feet fine. Liked the very sturdy sole. For me the less flex the better off I am.

These shoes are a necesity for those who want to run for long periods of time with minimal foot aches and such. The grips on the soles will last for a good 2 to 4 years under harsh conditions (ie. running everyday), which is amazing for any shoe to acquire. I use these in my everyday light/hard jogging and I have yet been disappointed. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone running marathons and track.

Buy 1/2 size larger than your regular size which is more likely than not with Keens. Heel is kind of loose and noted by other reviewers. I find that if I tie the shoelace using the tab in the middle of the "tongue" helps me tighten the lace so my heel is not as loose. Haven't used them for hiking yet as I plan to try them out when I go to Olympic National Park at the end of the month.

I am female but find that women's shoes are often too narrow or short. These fit well and are comfy and stylish.(It's OK guys they don't look girly!)

I have had several pairs of these shoes so sizing was no surprise to me. They are waterproof, comfortable, give good arch support and look good so I can use them for all types of activities from walking the dog in muddy conditions to smart casual wear. They were delivered very quickly - I was really pleasantly surprised as I am not a big online shopper I approached the exercise with some trepidation.
Wears this shoe: Mostly dog walking and casual situations.
