I have worn my Keen whispers all around the world multiple times. These shoes rock! They are super cute, AND super comfortable. I wear between 8 and 8.5 shoe, and the 8.5 Keen fit perfectly. I have a narrow foot, so that is something to keep in mind if you have a wider foot. The great thing about shoebuy is, if you aren't sure which size to get, get both, then send back the second pair with free shipping.

I was looking for some shoes to wear into water/rivers and had ordered a few different fits for Keen since it's hard to fully discern the differences from the pictures. I ultimately decided on these because they had a great fit, the color was nice (I got it in gargoyle/norse blue, fun but not in a kid way), and it didn't have that big blocky/chunky look to them. These were much more fitted than the other options I looked at (Whisper, Seacamp), my toes do not have room to slide around, side to side or up and down. Since these fit snugly for me and I have never had width issues with shoes, I imagine this could be perceived as narrow for some people if they feel sometimes find shoes feeling tight. The sole of the shoe is also a lot thinner than some of the others, so it's very light. The gargoyle color hides the reinforced toe area which makes it look more casual and less like hiking shoes (which I like). Haven't felt any chafing or discomforts from design/manufacturing.
