Product Description (Men's Keen Newport)
The Newport is the foundation of the Keen Footwear line. Designed to perform in adverse conditions the razor sipped outsole and 3mm lugs provide excellent traction.
A true hybrid, the waterproof uppers withstand the abuse of saltwater and dirt while providing supple comfort and a stylish look.
Features a Metatomical low durometer EVA molded footbed, Compression molded EVA Midsole, Patented toe protection, Multi directional lug pattern with razor siping, Secure fit strap design, Washable waterproof leather upper, AEGIS Microbe Shield treated SBR lining.
Fit:
This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

I like the soft leather uppers with the rubber toe overlap. I get sandle comfort with toe protection. I also like the smooth inner sole. Some other brands have all kinds of molding that just irritates your feet.

Love my new Keen Newports! First time buyer of this product and this will NOT be my last purchase. The shoe has a wide toe box and for me, one with a wide foot or Flintstone Feet. This was a pleasant surprise. Very comfortable, well made and looks great too.

These are really comfortable and fantastic for all sorts of activities. My wife doesn't like the way they look with regular shorts, but doesn't mind them with sports shorts. In fact, she looks at me with disdain if I wear them with a collared shirt. That being said, they're great for kayaking as they're not affected by the water (not weighed down)and they're great for mowing the lawn or other household chores. Thanks to the toe protection, they've even been used while moving furniture. Great shoes, and highly recommended!
